10 Star Wars Actors Who Should Join The MCU
3. Jodie Comer
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker finally revealed who Rey's parents were. Her mother was none other than actress Jodie Comer, the femme fatale of BBC's exceptional program Killing Eve. Chances are high that she won't be returning to reprise her role in the Star Wars universe any time soon, leaving her available for other film projects.
Jodie Comer is an absolutely amazing sociopath in Killing Eve and although she can play a lighthearted role, she has the range to play anything wicked. It would be amazing to see her grace the MCU as a villain a la Cate Blanchett in Thor: Ragnarok.
She would be a fantastic foil to Florence Pugh’s Black Widow or Natalie Portman’s Thor. Should the MCU not absorb the Netflix Defenders cast, she would do well as a new Elektra. Snapdragon or Karnilla would be another solid choice.
As long as her character is written with more creativity than the standard two-dimensional villain, Comer will make any role unforgettable.
