10 Star Wars Spin-Offs Gareth Edwards Needs To Direct

4. Darth Vader - Jedi Hunter

Talking of the Sith we have the main man himself; Darth Vader. We've seen the rise and fall of this Sith Lord but there is still a huge piece of his history that hasn't been covered on screen. One of the many rumours circling Star Wars Episode VII is the return of Vader in some form. It's a rumour that is extremely unlikely. Isn't the new trilogy the opportunity to present news stories and new villains? However, a Darth Vader-centric film, set between Revenge Of The Sith and A New Hope could happen. All you need is a man in a suit to play Vader and James Earl Jones to return to play that voice. The possibilities of a Vader film are endless. New Imperial characters, Ian McDiarmid returning as the Emperor and a chance to see the Empire in all it's glory as it hunts down the Jedi and tightens its grip on the galaxy. Darth Vader is not just a memorable villain within the Star Wars saga, he's one of the most memorable villains in cinema period. Who wouldn't want to see this ruthless Sith Lord in action one more time?
