10 Surprisingly Rubbish Animated Movie Villains

To be totally fair to the Bowler Hat Guy, his heart's not really in it, is it? Sure, he's sort of a simple-minded guy who is being manipulated by the significantly more evil villain, the bowler hat itself (whose name is Doris). And yes, he does have his bit of a redemption arc at the end of the film (spoiler for all those out there who never bothered to see Meet the Robinsons which is really your own fault because it is delightful).

But the fact remains, throughout the bulk of the film, he is the main villain, and he's unbelievably bad at it. You know that you're not exactly knocking it out the park as a bad guy when you have a device that allows you to control the minds of others and force them to do your bidding, and even in their foggy brainwashed state they're questioning your plan because it just doesn't seem like it was particularly well thought out.

Poor Goob...he just can't do anything right.
