9. Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith - "Nooooooo!"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWaLxFIVX1s Do we even really need to explain this one? Alright, alright, while the first two entries into George Lucas' "new trilogy" of Star Wars movies were utter tripe, the third one was a surprisingly entertaining movie, and by comparison to the previous two, an absolute blast; it tied up a lot of the mythology, had some interesting villains, and featured an epic final battle in which we finally saw how Anakin Skywalker became Darth Vader. The problem comes with the much-anticipated "reveal" scene, in which we see Vader for the first time, and Vader asks Darth Sidious about Padme's well-being, after she had died following Anakin's maltreatment of her. Sidious informs him that she has passed, to which Vader - again voiced by James Earl Jones - delivers a woefully melodramatic, unintentionally hilarious "Nooooooo!". The clip quickly became an Internet meme following the film's release, and has remained the skidmark on the underpants of an otherwise pretty great film; Jones' performance is misjudged, but there's really only so much you can do with inane dialogue like that, right?
