10 Terrible Movies The Stars Don't Want You To See

9. Johnny Depp - Private Resort

johnny depp priv Now, Johnny Depp is one of the biggest stars in the world, able to demand any fee for any movie, but back in 1985 he was a struggling actor who had yet to find fame in 21 Jump Street. Private Resort has a decent cast: Rob Morrow (Numb3rs and Northern Exposure), Michael Bowen (Jackie Brown and Less Than Zero) and renowned comedian Andrew Dice Clay appear but the movie stinks and it bombed at the box-office. The movie claims it is a comedy, though a laugh or even a chuckle is a rarity. The then fresh-faced Depp has yet to unite with Tim Burton and go on to become an icon of cinema through films such as Ed Wood, Edward Scissorhands and Sweeney Todd and this is what he resorted to. It's a poorly made, poorly written, poorly acted farce that has no redeeming features. Even the most extreme of Johnny Depp fans would struggle to find a single decent quality.
