8. Mark Wahlberg - Fear
Mark Wahlberg is a very fine actor and has been in many brilliant films such as Boogie Nights, The Departed, Three Kings and The Fighter but James Foley's Fear is an abomination. After his singing tenure as Marky Mark, Wahlberg attempted to break into movies and he put in an excellent turn in The Basketball Diaries, but this movie for the MTV crowd was a disaster. Much of the movie is just incredibly misjudged, such as the seriously awkward and unintentionally hilarious rollercoaster scene and the equally befuddling scene where Mark Wahlberg's character beheads a dog. Thankfully, Wahlberg's career went upwards after this and the very creepy and melodramatic movie has been long forgotten.
