9. The Matrix Revolutions
The third film in Matrix Trilogy was certainly the worst of the three. Critically panned for failures in story, character, concept and generally having a mixed and confusing message, this film deserved obscurity. What it got was a return of $427 million worldwide. This was down from the $742 million that Reloaded scammed from us, showing that there is some hope for audience learning after all. Considering how awesome the original was, it is difficult to see quite why they messed this franchise up to the point where we just wanted it to stop. It lost its cool appeal and opted for complicated/obvious/pointless twists and turns. Moronic choices completely buried this franchise, which by rights could still be going today in the right hands.
The more thought you give the film, the less it deserves Nev Pierce of the BBCRotten Tomatoes: 36%
