10 Things That Would Worry You If The Harry Potter World Was Real

7. Their Schools Are Useless

In Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, you learn about magic, astrology, how to fly a broom, how to conjure up charms, how to defend yourself against dark or evil forces, the history of magic, Herbology, how to make potions and even how to turn a rat into a cup. Yet, nowhere has it been said where young witches and wizards learn basic English or Math, or why they only start attending school at the late age of 11. What do they do before then? Do they home-school until they're of age to attend schools such as Hogwarts, Durmstrang or Beauxbatons? What if they have working moms and dads that aren't able to home-school them? Are witches and wizards just so brilliant that basic English and Math just comes naturally to them? In the real world, school isn't as amazing as these of the Wizarding World, but they're at least useful. Things like life, communication and business skills, are all basic needs that aren't taught in a world where you wave a wand for everything you want.
