3. He Poisoned Himself
Not intentionally of course. But whilst on set of Horns, Dan managed to drink a cup of anti-freeze. Because of the sub-zero temperatures of filming in Canada, they used anti-freeze to stop the pipes from freezing, however he didn't know this and poured himself a nice refreshing glass of water mixed with anti-freeze. Unsurprisingly he was ill for a few weeks.
