6. He Once Had A Four-Hour Long Hotel Corridor Fight With Chuck Norris
Picture the scene: Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris are staying in a hotel. They're in the elevator, going up, when - all of a sudden - they decide to start throwing a few punches. At first, it's just playful, and then... well, after a while it becomes something more serious. A proper sparring session, you know? The two realise that this is really happening, and so they commit. The elevator opens, and they're fighting in the corridor between rooms. The end up fighting all night. Don't believe it? Then you're doubting Chuck Norris, who once wrote about this incident: "As we went up in the elevator we started sparring and kept doing so in the hallway of our rooms until 4 a.m," he said. "I still wonder why we werent turned in to security. Maybe we were, but they refused to detain us!" The pair shared a relationship built on a kind of oneupmanship, so you can see how a situation like this could get out of control and result in an endless, Oldboy-style brawl.
