10 Things You Didn't Know About Bruce Lee

3. He Used To Train To The Mission: Impossible Theme

Everybody has their own personal work-out tune. When it's time to get into shape, there's nothing more inspiring than a good theme song to get you motivated. Bruce Lee's training music - yes, even Bruce Lee had training music - happened to be the theme tune to Mission: Impossible (the original TV show which later inspired the Tom Cruise film franchise of the same name). Dun-Dun-Dun-Dun-Dun-Dun-Dun-Dun... The theme, which was composed by the legend who is Lalo Schifrin, is one of the most iconic in all of cinema. When Bruce Lee met Schifrin - who composed the soundtrack for what is arguably Lee's greatest ever film, Enter the Dragon - he broke the ice by telling the composer that he often worked out to the Mission: Impossible music. Must've loved that.
