Most "normal" people probably think that the idea of having famous parents makes life exciting. The material privileges, the instant popularity amongst other kids and the obvious advantages in terms of show business career prospects all sound like the ingredients of the perfect life - but Dakota Johnson doesn't see it that way. While she claims that she understands why the idea of her upbringing appeals to other people - because it seems so interesting and different - and undoubtedly appreciates what she has, to her it can sometimes be a bit annoying, boring and "a drag to talk about". Johnson simply sees the life of a show business daughter as being normal and her parents - Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson - as nothing more than "mom and dad".
