3. Darth Vader Actor Dave Prowse Is Banned From Attending Star Wars Conventions
That's right: Dave Prowse, the guy who played Darth Vader in all three of movies from the original trilogy, is banned from going to any Star Wars-related conventions due to a major falling out he had with creator George Lucas. Prowse, of course, has always harboured something of a distain for Lucas after the director decided to dub his voice with that of James Earl Jones' for the final cut of A New Hope - something that the actor supposedly never knew was going to happen. According to Lucasfilm representatives, Prowse was later banned from attending any conventions because he'd "burned too many bridges with George Lucas." This is likely a result of the actor's attempts to claim back some of the profits for Return Of The Jedi in 2010, which he believed were owed to him.
