As expected, Suicide Squad's Harley Quinn will have also been in action for a number of years as a villain (there was some speculation that she might be introduced as Dr. Harleen Quinzel and that this movie would serve as an origin story of sorts). Harley will actually end up in the custody of Amanda Waller after attempting to break The Joker out of captivity in Arkham Asylum while he's being transferred to Belle Reve.
