6. Lando's Action Figure Stand-In - The Empire Strikes Back

At the very end of The Empire Strikes Back, a wounded Luke is scooped up by the Millennium Falcon, with Lando (Billy Dee Williams) opening the Falcon's top hatch and allowing Luke to drop in.

But if you look closely, when Lando opens the hatch and rises out of the opening, it's hilariously clear that it isn't actor Williams nor even an actual human being, but simply an immobile miniature action figure being lifted from beneath.

In recent releases the featureless face of "Lando" is somewhat more noticeable if you pause at the right moment, with it even being apocryphally suggested among fans that the model is in fact an off-the-shelf G.I. Joe figurine rather than a Lando mock-up.
