The inclusion of Star Wars: The Force Awakens on a "make or break" list of sequels list may see surprising to some, and there's no question whatsoever that the movie itself will make a boatload of cash. Probably an aircraft carrier of cash. That said, let's not forget the damage done by the prequel trilogy, the constant tweaking of the original trilogy by creator George Lucas, and the sale of the franchise to Disney.
