Exodus: Gods and Kings, which is pretty much "The Moses Movie" with a more bombastic and forgettable title, comes to us courtesy of Ridley Scott, which at least guarantees something pretty to look at for two and a bit hours. Yes, this probably Ridley's most Gladiator-esque movie since Gladiator (well, no accounting for Robin Hood, which was just... well, what was that?). Starring Christian Bale and Joel Edgerton, the trailer impresses. Just look at those lavish production designs! The sets look downright amazing; the costumes impeccable. And let's face it: any movie depicting the deadly plagues is always going to be a blast to watch, for reasons unexplained. As expected from a visual maestro like Ridley Scott, though, it's the battle sequences that really impress in the short "teaser" trailer that has been unveiled so far. And then there's that wave. Oh my, oh my! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4iSzHXOUEE
