10 Upcoming Movies That Look Terrible

8. The Expendables 4

For a while there, the all-round silence when it came to all things Expendables 4 left many wondering whether the finished fourth entry in the series would even make its way into theatres at all.

But as of October, the film is finally set to smash onto the scene on September 22, 2023.

The question is, though, are audiences in any real rush to return to all things Expendable in the coming year? The last outing for the over-the-hill badasses didn't exactly blow up the box office nearly a decade ago. And not even the return to an R-rating for the franchise - after that previous entry's somewhat toothless PG-13 one - is enough to guarantee a return to form for all involved.

A first look at the supposed poster for this incoming action spectacle, one that is set to introduce a few new faces in the form of Megan Fox, Andy Garcia, and 50 Cent, also tells the story of a once-fun franchise that should've probably just been left to die, in all honesty.

"They'll Die When They're Dead", though, apparently. A statement that looks increasingly likely to become a reality on the back of a story said to be centred around a nuclear conflict between the USA and Russia.

What could go wrong, eh?
