10 Upcoming Netflix Movies That Are Probably Going To Suck

7. Christmas Inheritance

Bright Will Smith
Warner Bros.

Release Date: December 2017

Obviously Hollywood is running out of film titles... and going by this synopsis they're running out of ideas for motion pictures set around Christmas, too:

"Before ambitious heiress Ellen Langford can inherit her father's gift business, she must deliver a special Christmas card to her dad's former partner in Snow Falls, the hometown she never knew. When a snowstorm strands her at the town inn, she's forced to work for her keep, and in the process, finds romance and discovers the true gift of Christmas."

Here's a film that sounds like it was created by throwing every Christmas film ever into a plot generator and seeing what it spewed out. The resulting film, set to land this Christmas on your list of Netflix recommendations, will star Eliza Taylor and Andie MacDowell, who has never been a signifier of a quality production.

Throw in the director of Assassination Games and Six Bullets, and you've looking at a potential Christmas nightmare. How did a hacky film director like Ernie Barbarash wind up helming a Christmas romance starring Andie MacDowell?

There is absolutely no way in hell this will turn out to be any good.
