2. Despero

Despero appeared in the very first issue of Justice League of America way back in 1960, so deserves to be included in the feature films at some point. It could even be as a throwaway battle kicking off either Part One or Part Two. He's an interplanetary tyrant with dreams of ruling the galaxy. His very noticeable third eye also provides him with some mind control abilities, telepathy and telekinesis. Stronger than Superman and smarter than Batman, Despero is a force to be reckoned with. He doesn't necessarily need to command a whole movie, as there are arguably more interesting villains who have a bit more depth to them, but for a cameo fight sequence, you can't go wrong. Who Should Play Him? Vincent Cassel could give him the right kind of otherworldly arrogance and menace.
