10 Villains Who Need To Appear In MCU Phase 4

6. Adam Warlock

Doctor Doom
Marvel Comics

The post-credit scene of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 seemed to indicate that Adam Warlock was on the way, although we've yet to see this famed comic book character turn up in the Marvel Cinematic Universe just yet.

As Ayesha informed us of how she’ll call him Adam, that Guardians 2 moment was the signal that comic book fans needed to know that Adam Warlock, aka Him, is on the horizon.

What makes Adam such a fun character is that he’s been both one of the galaxy’s greatest heroes and also one of its most sinister villains. And with him having near unmatched abilities – seriously, he makes Thanos look like a pussycat – he’s one of those characters who is a legitimate threat to the entire universe when he becomes the uber-evil Magus.

The possibilities of where to drop Adam Warlock into the MCU are plentiful right now. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and Captain Marvel 2 seem like sensible options, although both of those movies are seemingly going to be a part of Marvel's Phase 5.

In a Phase 4 sense, an all-powerful, batsh*t crazy Warlock being seen or at least acknowledged in The Eternals would be a smart move considering how that film will likewise take to the stars for a good chunk of its action.
