Of course, all of the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies to date have been ultimately leading to the epic finale - which has now been confirmed as coming in two-parts - Avengers: Infinity Wars, but this movie is likely to provide it with a very key component in a newly discovered Infinity Stone. We fully expect Thanos to be wielding the full Infinity Gauntlet (as pictured above) when Infinity War comes around - the first part being in 2018 - and one of the artefacts in it will be the Time Stone. The Age of Ultron trailer shows Captain America searching for something and goes on to show the super soldier in a wartime setting. The likelihood is he will be searching for the Time Stone in order to go back in time and halt the start of the peacekeeping program that resulted in the eventual creation of Ultron. Inadvertently, this will provide Thanos with information about the location of the Time Stone - and he may well come to Earth to get it and put the final piece in his gauntlet-shaped puzzle.
