8. The United States Air Force (Captain Marvel)

Carol Danvers is set to appear as the first female lead character in a Marvel Cinematic Universe movie when the Captain Marvel movie is released in 2018. The movie will probably depict her origin as a superhero, as she obtains her powers when an alien Kree device explodes in close proximity to her. However, there are other ways in which she could be introduced in mere cameo form - or via an Easter egg - prior to that movie's release. Age of Ultron could be the platform from which to do that first. Danvers has links to organisations like the United States Air Force, NASA and S.H.I.E.L.D. and, given the extremes to which the government may to going to both battle and escape from Ultron, she could easily appear or be referred to as a member of one of those organisations. For example, as a pilot, she could be seen in an Air Force jet attacking Ultron from above. It would be a simple and effective way to tease her future appearance.
