6. Quicksilver & Scarlet Witch (Inhumans)

With an Inhumans movie now officially announced for 2018, unless it's going to be a completely standalone movie - which seems unlikely and somewhat pointless - there has to be a link between it and the rest of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch may be it. There are a number of ways in which Pietro and Wanda Maximoff may have gained their powers; the Terrigen Mists, experiments by the Kree, the Infinity Stones or perhaps something else entirely. Either way, we're willing to bet that it's the same way in which the Inhumans got their powers or that they are in some way connected to the Inhumans. Perhaps Baron von Strucker learned of the Inhumans and wanted to create his own, called them "Miracles" and started trying to replicate the procedures that gave the Inhumans their powers all those years ago. It certainly would seem strange to just throw in an Inhumans movie out of nowhere, without some reference to them beforehand via other characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
