2. Not Doing Your Job On Set

At film school each student is usually delegated a role that they do not want to perform for a project. It may be very lowly or extremely important, but if the student is only there for the pass/fail grade, but doesn't actually want to participate it will place extreme pressure on the rest of the crew. Soon tempers begin to flare as that one person causes a train wreck that leads the entire project to fall apart piece by piece. Since it is a volunteer group of people where no one can leave, but doesn't have to try hard to pass the class this is what happens to most student films. Usually the individuals responsible for causing the train wreck are reduced to an even lower position the next time around.
