10 Weirdest Cameos In Movie History

1. Alanis Morissette - Dogma

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tA3dzBrXYtc Taking the cake on crazy cameos, however, is Alanis Morisessette's peculiar - if inspired - performance as God in Kevin Smith's hilariously scathing religious satire, Dogma. Marking one of her rare forays into acting - though she has subsequently had a few bit-parts, mainly on TV shows - it plays to her strengths in so much as not requiring her to speak (as the voice of God will apparently crush in the chest and explode the head of any mortal who hears it). Morissette simply playfully prances around, smiling and nodding, coasting on the hilarious irony that God is a) not a man and b) not black, as Chris Rock's Rufus asserts earlier in the film. It's difficult to imagine what possessed Smith to cast her as God, but it wasn't exactly a bad choice; just a weird and extremely memorable one. Are there any other mad cameos we've missed?
