10 Weirdest Moments In The Early Days Of DC Movies

4. The Forgotten Justice League TV Movie (Based On Friends)

Everybody's excited for the prospect of a DC Cinematic Universe which finally paves the way for a Justice League film, but what about the first time all your favourite superheroes teamed up to save the world? Well okay, not all your favourites, and they more just bickered and quipped whilst wearing cheesy outfits, but whatever. There's been a Justice League film already, and it was terrible. Produced as a potential pilot for a series which then became a TV movie, 1997's Justice League Of America was made up of Guy Gardner's Green Lantern, The Flash, The Atom, and two new heroines called Fire and Ice (what imagination!) who fought against a evil...meteorologist. Actually, you kind of have to take their word on that. Compensating for the low budget, the film cut to news reports that described the action scenes. It also included €œinterviews€ with the characters, a trick stolen from reality shows, and spent a lot of time on the team's secret identity lives, with the aim being to make the series a €œFriends with superpowers€.
