They Saved Hitler's Brain (1969) has a reputation as one of the worst films of all time, which is a little unfair its actually two films spliced together, David Bradleys short television feature Madmen Of Mandoras, filmed several years earlier, and some student footage cobbled together to pad out the runtime for distribution in theatres. But yes, its a whole world of festering underpants. The ratty premise has Nazi mad scientists removing Adolf Hitlers head after World War II ends badly for them, and secreting it in South America, where they plan to bring sexy back in the form of a new Third Reich (wait Fourth Reich? How many Reichs are we on now?) The trouble with that is that every spy agency on earth knows all about it, and so multiple government sanctioned thugs are sent to Mandoras to, essentially, dropkick Adolf Hitlers head into the sun. The very idea of a movie about the immortal severed head of Adolf Hitler plotting to bring back the master race should give true movie fans goosebumps. Sadly, this film is more likely to give you a social disease. They Saved Hitlers Brain is known today more for the vast number of pop culture references its generated, most notably from the Simpsons back when it was good. Still Hitlers living, severed head
