10 Worlds Of DC Films That Need To Be Made

1. Batman & Robin (Damian Wayne)

It has been a long time since Robin was last played in a Batman film, so long as we don't count Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s unofficial Robin in Christopher Nolan’s trilogy. Chris O'Donnell's less than spectacular portrayal was the last one seen in 1997s Batman and Robin, and its time the character be brought back.

With Dick Grayson apparently dead already or assuming the mantle of Nightwing, a new Robin will have to be brought to the big screen, leaving three main candidates. Firstly, there's Tim Drake who, while by no means a bad Robin, is the least memorable outside of Jason Todd. Secondly there's Carrie Kelly, who would certainly fit Batfleck's Dark Knight Returns aesthetic but may not be popular enough.

This brings us to the best option - Damian Wayne, the son of Bruce Wayne and Talia Al Ghul.

Affleck's Batman seemingly has a reluctance to work with another sidekick after his previous tragedy, and perhaps the only way he would be willing to do so is if Robin were his own son. It would be a fun way to introduce Damian and the Al Ghuls into Batman's universe.

It could also set things up for Damian to take up the mantle of Batman if Affleck ever decides to quit, making it one of the best opportunities for Batman to have a long and stable future in the Worlds of DC.
