A disappointingly limp spy spoof from Superbad director Greg Mottola, Keeping Up with the Jones squanders its all-star cast with a razor-thin premise that fails to exploit its satirical potential, while leads Gal Gadot, Jon Hamm, Zack Galifianakis and Isla Fisher all sleepwalk their way to easy paychecks.

It's total nonsense and would've been so much more enjoyable with an R-rating, but instead it aims for the most undemanding, lowest common denominator audience possible and as such is stamina-sappingly bland.

It's lit, staged and shot like a TV movie, and every other aspect of its creation is about as indifferent. If you saw it before Wonder Woman, it likely only compounded your feeling that Gal Gadot wouldn't be able to carry a solo superhero movie.
