79. Vince Stone - The Big Heat
Played By: Lee Marvin Lee Marvin played the notorious villain Vince Stone in Fritz Lang's masterful noir that is most infamous for the scene where Marvin scalds and disfigures Gloria Grahame and from that moment everyone is rooting against him. He is shown to commit violence against women multiple times in the movie including his climactic act of murder and Vince Stone is simply one of the most repulsive movie villains, despite Lee Marvin being most famous for his heroic roles.
78. Lots-O-Huggin Bear - Toy Story 3
Played By: Ned Beatty They say appearances can be deceptive and this has never been truer than in the example of Lotso. On the surface he is a cuddly old bear with a big heart but in reality he is the ruthless dictator of Sunnyside. He is a bully that exposes Buzz and the other toys to harm whilst exerting his power over his minions. It is revealed that Lotso is scarred from loss and a broken heart after being accidentally abandoned by his former owner. Lotso never does redeem himself however and can never get over his bitterness and hatred, showing a cold, emotionless heart until the very end where he gets his deserved justice. His backstory is one of the finest and Ned Beatty's voice always creates a sense of sympathy around one of Pixar's greatest villains.
77. Vincenzo Coccotti - True Romance
Played By: Christopher Walken He may only appear in one scene, but Christopher Walken's crime boss Vincenzo Coccotti leaves an everlasting impression. This is the man Clarence and Alabama are frightened of and running from and his single scene lets us know just why they are so frightened. The scene is electric with Walken going toe-to-toe with Dennis Hopper in a match of verbal warfare and Annie Hall aside, it's the greatest bit of acting Walken has ever done. Not many characters have left stronger impressions than Coccotti after a lone scene but Quentin Tarantino's sharp script and a verbal sparring for the ages leaves us dazzled by the mob figure.
