11. Dwayne Johnson is Vulcan Raven
One has to wonder whether an MGS film would actually feature Vulcan Raven, given the film's already high number of villains, and the fact that he is one of the least-interesting, and would be one of the most easily-removable villains in the first game. Nevertheless, if they are to push ahead with him appearing, a tremendous physical specimen who also possesses magnetic charisma will be needed; it's a tougher role to cast than one might think, for finding a combination of the two can prove troubling. However, Dwayne Johnson has proven himself a hulking mountain of a man, and in both his wrestling work and his show-stealing turns in films like
Fast Five, also a tremendously compelling actor to watch, rarely receiving as much credit as he deserves - at least compared to just about every wrestler who has turned their eye to acting. Johnson might be a little young for the part, and the voice might not quite match up, but as far as a tough role to cast goes, he's likely to be the best choice.
