So thanks to Marvel's propensity for sticking easter eggs into every nook and cranny (it's fine, we love them for it), we're now confronted with a situation where there are two Infinity Gauntlets in the MCU. There's the easter egg version as it appears in Thor, and then there's whatever version Thanos picks up at the end of Avengers: Age of Ultron's mid-credit tag. Obviously, Marvel are just going to ignore the original one, confident in the knowledge that fans will make their own excuses and explanations for them - like we always do - but they probably wish they could go back and just take it out, to avoid confusion.
