10. Deadpool Will Break The Fourth Wall
Despite the traditionally not-self-effacing approach to comic book movies so far (apart from the God-awful "humour" of the Fantastic Four movies), Deadpool will definitely be following the comic's glorious "meta" approach.
In other words, Reynolds' merc with a mouth will be talking directly to the audience, marking the first truly self-aware comic book movie yet released.
While that might be jarring to anyone who has grown up with the genre as a Very Serious Thing where Batman isn't even a superhero and nobody questions super-powered raccoon space warriors, it's very much a staple of the comics. And if it wasn't included, it wouldn't have been Deadpool.
