Talking on the publicity tour for The Voices, Ryan Reynolds all but confirmed that the leaked script that appeared online some years ago is still in play (though you have to assume it's gone through subsequent treatments since). That throws up the possibility of some seriously great moments, and most importantly some seriously silly ones.
Restraint wasn't exactly a major element of that leaked script, which pushed Wade's "colourful" mental state, refusing to sanitise him or the ultra-violence of his comic.
And since Reynolds seems to suggest that it's still the same general premise, that means a lot of blood and gore, intense amounts of unhinged humour and the kind of behaviour that would have most superheroes thrown in a pit and forgotten about forever.
