Instead, this Aladdin trailer recut cranks up the scale of the Disney classic by tenfold. Rather than pitching Aladdin as a silly family musical adventure, this trailer gives the impression of an animated Arabian epic. By removing the Disney songs and replacing them with more familiar orchestral pieces, many of the more iconic scenes look like they could stand side by side with any live-action Hollywood blockbuster.
