Since Tarantino's two Kill Bill pictures wrapped up in 2004, fans and the filmmaker himself have often pondered the notion of what a Kill Bill Vol. 3 would look like.

While he didn't confirm that it would definitely happen, Quentin did detail to Joe Rogan would his plan would be for a third Kill Bill picture.

"I think it's just revisiting the characters 20 years later, just imagining the Bride and her daughter B.B. having 20 years of peace, then that peace is shattered. The Bride and her daughter, the Bride and B.B., are on the run. Just the idea of being able to cast Uma and cast her daughter Maya in the thing would be f**king exciting. And Elle Driver's still out there, Sofie Fatale got her arms cut off, she's still out there, they all got Bill's money. Actually, GoGo had a twin sister, Shiyake(?), so, like, her twin sister could show up."

This portion of the chat came shortly after QT made mention of how he'd at some point like to adapt Reservoir Dogs and The Hateful Eight as stage productions - and even noted how he had tossed around the idea of remaking Reservoir Dogs for the silver screen in a case of going full circle with his first directorial feature film.
