12 Actors Who Have Been In Prison

7. Edward Furlong

Crime: Various (domestic abuse/drugs/probation violation) Served: 61 days Although he has continued to work a variety of small projects, Edward Furlong will always be remembered as the young John Connor in Terminator 2: Judgement Day. And (sorry Edwards, Stahl, Bale and probably Clarke) his performance remains the most memorable take on the character, making the future revolutionary leader actually feel human. None of Furlong€™s non-child acting stints, expect maybe American History X at the age of twenty, are likely to have made an impression on you. What€™s more likely to have stuck in the mind are the reports of the actor€™s misdemeanours. Struggling with substance abuse through much of his twenties, Furlong has been arrested on three different domestic violence charges although most impactful in terms of jailtime was the subsequent violation of his probation. He€™s avoided some time in prison by going to rehab, but all in all he€™s served a good couple of months.
