6. Spider-Man Stops A Train (Spider-Man 2)
When Spider-Man and Doctor Octopus are battling each other, they fall onto a passing Bay Ridge-bound R train. Doctor Octopus increases the train's throttle to full, then disables the controls and jumps off, leaving Spider-Man to deal with the situation and escaping the webbed-wonder's wrath. Spider-Man attempts to use his body alone to stop the train by digging his feet in to the ground, but he fails. He then comes up with the idea of firing his webbing in all directions to attach it to the surrounding buildings and by holding tightly on to the webbing he manages to stop the train before it can plunge over the end of the track, saving everyone on board. He faints from exhaustion, showing that he used every last ounce of his strength to do it, but it was incredibly impressive nonetheless.
