6. The Indoraptor - Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

It's fair to say that the overall response to the new Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom trailer has been, well, mixed. The film continues to polarise fans, who are unsure whether the movie will suffice as an apology for the previous film's excesses, or double down on the silly schlock.

Either way, the trailer does a solid job of introducing audiences to what's presumed to be the movie's big bad, the Indoraptor, a hybrid of the Indominus Rex and a Raptor, creating a leaner and more terrifying predator than humanity has ever faced.

The most enticing and peculiar moment from the trailer features the Indoraptor stalking a young girl in her bedroom, before Chris Pratt's Owen shows up to save the day. While this sequence could feasibly take place on the U.S. mainland, it seems far more likely that it's in living quarters on Isla Nublar.

If nothing else, it's got people talking and desperate to know what the Indoraptor fully looks like.
