12 Awful Films Star Trek Actors Want Us To Forget

3. Jason Isaacs (Gabriel Lorca) - Abduction

The erstwhile Discovery star has had his fair share of dud films throughout his career, but his uniformly game approach means that he's often been the best thing in them in spite of the chaos around him (the Jackie Chan-led action comedy The Tuxedo proves a great example).

But there's little denying that away from his critical hits such as the Harry Potter franchise and The Death of Stalin, he's had some rough entries in recent years, including the universally panned London Fields and the little-seen horror Look Away.

It's hard to trump Abduction though - the Taylor Lautner-led action vehicle from 2011 where Isaacs played the one-time Twilight star's father - at least until he was killed off early in the proceedings. The final film of John Singleton remains something of a damp squib for all involved.

Something of a culture vulture, Mr Steel can historically be found in three places; the local cinema, the local stadium or the local chip shop. He is an avowed fan of franchise films, amateur cricket and power-chords.
