9. The Rules Of Apparition Change (Lots)

None of the directors seem to agree on what should happen when someone disapparates in Harry Potter movies. In the Chamber Of Secrets, Dobby appears out of nowhere as he did in the box, and so do Fred and George in The Order Of The Phoenix, but from there it gets very different.

Starting with The Half-Blood Prince, when someone Disapparates, they twist horribly and are swirled into nothing. It's fairly nightmarish, to be honest.

There's some confusion about Death Eaters Apparating at the head of black pillars of smoke, but it seems likely that that's more of an unassisted flight power that was added because it looked cool.
