6. Tom The Barman & The Leaky Cauldron

Just as the Fat Lady was recast for The Prisoner Of Azkaban, Tom The Barman was played by a different actor in same film than who played him in The Philosopher's Stone. He's first played by Derek Deadman, but for the third film, Jim Tavaré was cast for a more off-kilter performance and a far weirder look.

And that's not the only change to the Leaky Cauldron between films.

In the first film, the pub's sign is a black cauldron, while in the third it completely changes. So too does the entrance doorway, which changes once again in The Half Blood Prince. It's not a major thing, but it's definitely frustrating that the detail isn't consistent.
