Someone would have had to be killed if this had actually happened. In September of 2013, Justin Bieber tweeted a picture of himself with what appeared to be a Warner Brothers script for a Batman movie. In addition to the picture, he added the hashtag "#Robin" to the tweet, prompting rumours that he was going to be playing - or, at the very least, auditioning for - the role of Batman's sidekick, the Boy Wonder. However, it later emerged that Bieber was simply filming a spoof for the Will Ferrell-backed website Funny Or Die, much to the relief of comic book fans everywhere - and may God be praised for making that so. The very idea of Bieber as Robin was enough to make comic book fans feel nauseated. If the casting had been confirmed, there would have been uproar.
