8. Joseph Gordon-Levitt - A River Runs Through It
Youtube.comNow the latest of a long line of handsome men in beautiful suits to woo away our women, Joseph Gordon-Levitt started out as a much less attractive, but much funnier young actor in a series of small roles. His appearance in 1992s A River Runs Through It couldn't have hurt his career prospects as a child actor, especially when considering that Brad Pitt heads the cast and the film was directed by none other than Robert Redford. Although Joseph Gordon-Levitt's appearance is relatively brief, he certainly steals the show now as we all throw popcorn, point at the screen and yell, 'Hey, there's that guy from 500 Days Of Summer who makes my dreams come true.' - continuing to ruin the remainder of the film by singing every possible Hall & Oates song we can remember as loudly as possible. This film is actually worth a watch if you have a quiet evening with nothing much to do, and if our recommendation alone is not enough to sway you, then here is the blurb that just screams excitement. "Two fly-fishing sons of a Presbyterian minister - one reserved, one rebellious - grow up in rural Montana." Toe-curling stuff.
