When hoping to escape incarceration, it is important to be resourceful. Prisons dont make traditional tools readily available to inmates, especially when those inmates are mutants. By imprisoning Magneto in an environment devoid of metal, it appeared the Master of Magnetism was stuck there for good. Ever the planner, Magneto enlists the help of Mystique who seduces and injects a prison guard with a little excess iron in his blood. Thats more than enough for Magneto to brutally extract the iron from the guards blood and create little projectiles with which to liberate himself from his plastic cell. All of that sounds incredible, and it is, but what elevates this escape even more is Magnetos composure. Hes so cool and calm as he flattens out the iron projectiles and floats to freedom.
