12 Movie Moments That Pissed Fanboys Off The Most In 2016

6. Krang Only Has A Cameo - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows

Though expectations were never going to be through the roof for a Michael Bay-produced Turtles movie, this sequel definitely seemed more intriguing with the addition of fanboy-friendly characters such as Casey Jones (Stephen Amell), Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry), Bebop (Gary Anthony Williams), Rocksteady (Sheamus) and of course, the evil Krang (Brad Garrett).

However, the filmmakers really blew it with Krang in particular, giving him a lousy cameo in the film's first act and having him show up for a few scattered moments at the climax where he's easily defeated, but that's it.

Krang really should've been the main antagonist and given time to flourish as a campy, over-the-top villain, but instead he's clearly just set-up for a larger part in a future movie, a future movie that probably won't ever happen because this one bombed at the box office.

The lesson here: Hollywood needs to stop making blockbuster movies that are just feature-length trailers for the next one. Christ.
