5. The Other Justice League Members' Roles Are Limited In Batman V Superman
Hark, the collective sigh of relief of many, many Justice League fans: for Zach Snyder has confirmed that the remaining Justice League members won't be stuffed into Batman V Superman as an after-thought, competing with the already numerous narrative threads. The director spoke to the Hall Of Justice podcast to confirm why he didn't want to bring Christian Bale back as Batman, and also that all of the other members, aside from Wonder Woman, will not have substantial roles:
I really feel like this movie I mean as far as the other Justice League characters go, its very small roles. Its a whisper that they exist. Except for Wonder Woman, we see her pretty well. But the movie is about Batman and Superman. And we really do take time with them, and we really do drill down on the why of them, and what they stand for, and their beliefs, and them as characters. Thats pretty much the why of the movie. But again, it does begin the conversation that these guys are out there.
