11. Nite Owl & Ra's Al Ghul

These two martial arts experts would surely make for a great fight. The head of the centuries-old League of Shadows (an organisation devoted to keeping order and justice in a world which it views as decadent and corrupt), Ra's al Ghul publicly goes by the name of Henri Ducard. He acts as a mentor to a young Bruce Wayne, teaching him the martial arts that he will one day use as Batman - which tells you just how good a martial artist he must be. He's an absolutely expert martial artist and ninjitsu master, whose skill surpasses Batman's - given that he can take him on in his full armour whilst not fully armoured himself. He possesses above average strength and agility and incredible stealth skills, as well as proficiency in wielding weapons like swords and bladed gauntlets, as well as gadgets like smoke pellets. Nite Owl, who wore an owl-themed suit that was very reminiscent of the Batsuit (but with more owl, obviously), was a formidable martial artist and technology expert. He kicked some serious butt in the Watchmen movie (although he wasn't as good as former hero turned antagonist Ozymandias by a long shot). Alongside his crime-fighting partner (and occasional lover) Silk Spectre, he helped Rorschach to break out of prison by easily taking out a wave of generic prison thugs. He was responsible for building and piloting the impressive Owlship and went up against Ozymandias alongside Rorschach in the film's climax ultimately coming out on top after a difficult start to the encounter. He's good, but Batman struggled against Ra's, so this could be tough for him.
Winner: By virtue of being more of an experienced martial artist (and having deeper resources at his disposal if needed) - Ra's Al Ghul.
