5. Asgard Can Be Anywhere - Thor: Ragnarok

The Easter Egg

At the climax of Thor: Ragnarok, Thor has a moment of realisation that Asgard is not just a static place; that as long as there are Asgardians to call somewhere home, that Asgard could be anywhere.

That's a call-back to the fact that Asgard was sited on Earth after the original's destruction (as in Ragnarok).

How It Will Come Back

Though Thor's stand-alone movies could be done, Ragnarok was successful enough (financially and critically) to guarantee talk of another sequel (assuming Thor survives Infinity War and Avengers 4).

And that would mean we'll see his band of survivors will need somewhere to settle. Earth would be a strong contender - which would be particularly interesting if it led to a Siege storyline.
